Business listings

Listings are created and maintained by the community administration. A business may submit its details or request a change, and an administrator reviews everything before it appears. Nothing submitted is published automatically.

Information submitted for a listing may be displayed publicly. Submit only information intended for publication.

Responsibilities of a listed business

• keep your details accurate and current
• describe what you actually offer, without misleading claims
• submit only information you have the right to publish, including photographs
• tell the administration when something changes or the listing should be removed

Responsibilities of the administration

• review submissions and changes before they publish
• keep the directory reasonably accurate
• apply the community standards consistently
• decide what is published, and what is not

Cross-community visibility

KehilaLink allows participating communities to share approved public business listings with other participating communities. Whether any information is shared beyond this portal is determined by KehilaLink Demo.

Only information already intended for public display is ever eligible. A private address, an internal note or a contact detail marked private is never shared, whatever the visibility setting.

Community authority

KehilaLink Demo decides:

• which businesses are approved
• what information is published
• which community services are available
• whether listings may appear outside this portal
• what communications are sent to members

KehilaLink provides the platform and does not manage the day-to-day operation of individual communities.
